Welcome and thank you for choosing Niki Driver Training. My name is Nicola, but most call me Niki 

 

I've been a fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) since 2010, since then I have taught many ages, skills and abilities in the Mansfield and Ashfield Areas. The teaching car is a Manual Ford Fiesta 1 litre EcoBoost Petrol vehicle.

 

I'm professional, positive thinking and reliable. Most of my learners would describe my teaching as 'Firm but Fair'. My role is to coach and help you become confident, road safe drivers for LIFE not only for your practical test. This can come across as tough love. I will tell you when you have done something wrong, and applaud you when you have done something good. 

I'm very understanding to many of my learners goals.  Each tailor made driving lesson is designed to help and grow confidence, knowledge, consideration and awareness of every day driving in and outside your local areas.

I improve my own professional skills when possible. Using the new teaching method / technique called 'Coaching', which is highly recommended by the DVSA. I use social media, workshops, webinars and updated books to keep me up to date.
